​​AOK Jewellery is mostly made to order, we hold very little stock. If you would like your order personalised with engraving or extra stones, please get in touch via email hello@anyotherkingdom.uk

Customisations will add time to your order, they may also come with additional fees. If your order is urgent, let us know and we'll see what we can do. â€‹â€‹

Personalising your order

Caring for your jewellery

​To keep your jewels looking their best, please minimise direct contact with water, chlorine, perfumes, lotions, aerosols and other cosmetics as they may accelerate the development of oxidisation on jewellery. The best practice is to remove all jewellery when showering, swimming and exercising. ​​

How to find your ring size

If you don't know your ring size, please don't guess! The best thing to do is visit a jewellers local to you and get them to size your fingers. If it is convienient please email us at hello@anyotherkingdom.uk and arrange a time to visit our Glasgow based studio to have your fingers sized by us.

Ring Re-Sizing Policy

​​When purchasing rings please make sure that you have selected the correct UK size. If you are unsure of the size you need then please do not guess, get your finger sized at a local jewellers or come and visit our studio. 

​

If you are an international customer, we recommend going to your local jewellery shop. If you post the ring back to us fro re-sizing you are responsible for postage, customs and duties fees.

​

A standard resize is £35 + postage. A re-size that requires removal and re-setting of a stone starts at £65 + postage. Please be aware that if the resize is going up or down by many sizes, the price may change to reflect the difficulty of the job.

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your AOK purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return the order to us within 14 working days of receiving your order. In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be returned in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase.

Once we receive the return we will be in touch via email to arrange your refund. 

​

We do not accept exchanges or refunds for bespoke, custom and personalised jewellery. 

​

We cannot accept the return of earrings in accordance with the UK Health & Hygiene Regulations. 

​

Please note that postal costs for returned items are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked postal service.
