AOK Jewellery is mostly made to order, we hold very little stock. If you would like your order personalised with engraving or extra stones, please get in touch via email

Personalisation will add time to your order, so do let us know if your order is urgent.


To keep your jewels looking their best, please minimise direct contact with water, chlorine, perfumes, lotions, aerosols and other cosmetics as they may accelerate the development of oxidisation on jewellery. The best practice is to remove all jewellery when showering, swimming and exercising.


Gold-plated items are made using a 925 sterling silver base metal with 3 microns of gold on top. Please be aware that plating does not last forever. However, if you follow a few simple steps you will get the most wear out of your gold-plated pieces.

Caring for plated products:

  1. Use a soft polishing cloth to brighten and clean your jewellery. Other chemicals can be harmful to the metal and gold plate.

  2. Do not let your jewellery come into contact with any harsh chemicals i.e. bleach.

  3. Avoid wearing plated jewellery whilst doing manual tasks. Any deep scratches will reveal the silver base metal underneath.


At AOK we offer a re-plating and re-polishing service of all of our pieces for a £30 charge per item. Please get in touch via email for more details. 


When purchasing rings please make sure that you have selected the correct UK size. If you are unsure of the size you need then please follow this link to purchase a ring sizer.

If you are an international customer, we recommend going to your local jewellery shop.

A standard resize is £30 + postage. If the resize is going up or down by many sizes, the price may change to reflect the difficulty of the job.


We hope that you will be delighted with your AOK purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return the order to us within 14 working days of receiving your order. In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be returned in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. 

Once we receive the return we will be in touch via email to arrange your refund. 

We will not approve exchanges or refunds for bespoke, custom and personalised jewellery. 

We cannot accept the return of earrings in accordance with the UK Health & Hygiene Regulations. 

Please note that postal costs for returned items are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked postal service.
