The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale
Items purchased with standard shipping will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed and are insured up to £250.
Express shipping is sent using DHL Express CO2 Neutral Shipping which means your order is tracked, and fully insured and as soon as it is ready to be dispatched it will arrive within 2-4 working days.
If your piece is in stock, it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 4 weeks for made to order items to be dispatched. For a fast turnaround, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
International customers are also responsible for any tax fees or duties.
All international orders are final sale.
